A. PONSELL'S Notion To Tax Costs, and the Court having
heard argument of counsel and being fully advised in the
premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendant RAYMOND A. PONSELL'S
_`~lotion To Tax Costs is denied.
It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendant, RAYMOND A. PONSELL,
has twenty (20) days from the date of this Order in which to
file another Motion for taxable costs incurred solely for the
defense of Defendant, RAYMOND A. PONSELL.
