DEED OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
THIS INDENTURE, executed this cam"-};1 day of May, 1979,
between SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY B~K, Fort Pierce,
Florida, as personal representative of the Estate of KATHERINE
VAN DOR.EN, deceased, Grantor, and WAYNE ALLEN and JO ANN ALLEN,
his wife, Grantee, whose address is: 2050 South U. S. No. 1,
Fort Pierce, FL 33450;
W I T N E S SETH
The Grantor, in consideration of the premises and
the sum of $10.00, and other good and valuable considerations,
in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, re- _
. _ leases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee, and to their
heirs and assigns forever, that certain real property situate
_ in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described
as follows
Lot 10, Block 1, MARAVILLA COURT, according to
- the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5,
page 39 , of the public records of St . Lucie
County, Florida.
- SUBJECT TO:
1. Restrictions, reservations, limitations and
easements of record, if any; this reference to
said restrictions shall not operate to impose
- the same.
2. Zoning ordinances affecting said property.
~I TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, heredita-
ments and appurtenances belonging to or in anywise appertaining
to that real property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the Grantee, and to
their heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
- AND the Grantor does covenant to and with the Grantee,
their heirs and assigns, that in all things preliminary
