ADDENDUM TO
GRANT OF EASEMENT

THIS INDENTURE made~and entered into on this 20th day of
APRIL , 19 79 , by and between AMERICAN PETROFINA COMPANY OF TEXAS
Fina Plaza, Dallas, Texas 75207 a Delaware corporation

Grantors; and the CITY OF FORT PIERCES FLORIDA a municipal corporation,
of the County of St. Lucie and the State of Florida,
Grantee, for the use and benefit of the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY;
WHEREAS, grantors are seized in fee simple and in possession of
lands lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida,
more particularly described as follows:
The West 24 feet of the following described property:
From the center of section, run West 284.8 feet, thence
run South 444.2 feet for the Point of Beginning, thence
run East 300 feet, thence run South 309 feet, thence run
West 300 feet thence run North 309 feet to the Point of
Beginning, less the West 7 feet for road right-of-way as
described in Deed Book 137, Page 87, all lying in Section
22, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County,
Florida.
WHEREAS, Grantors did on October 20, 1977, give and grant to
Grantees a Grant of Easement over and above the above described property
for storm sewer system, pavement and sidewalks; said Easement being
recorded in O.R.Book 276, Page 1583, Public Records of St. Lucie County,Florid~
and
WHEREAS, Grantors herein desire to add by addendum to said Grant

of Easement an additional easement for the purpose of construction,

reconstruction, inspection, maintenance and repair of a water main on
s the above described property;

F WHEREAS Grantors have agreed in consideration of the sum of

e TEN AND 00/100ths ($10.00) DOLLARS and other good and valuable
consideration to grant to Grantee and all other persons claiming by,
through or under grantors or either of them, their predecessors in

title, or their heirs, assigns or legal representatives, by virtue of
any deeds of conveyances describing land as described above, an
easement or right-of-way over the land described above, for the purposes

and in the manner expressed below.
