to: •
1. Construct, reconstruct, inspect, maintain, and repair a water
main;
2. Enter on such lands with personnel, vehicles and equipment
for the purposes as stated above.
Grantors agree not to further encumber or install, place or -
construct or cause to be installed, placed or constructed any
structures, facilities, growth, or vegetation within or over the
above-described lands without the prior written approval of the city.
