LUCIE COUNTY STATE ROAD 70 DESCRIPTION PARCEL 701 TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEt~fENT PARCEL N0. 701 SECTION 94030-2507 That part of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 9, Township 36 South, Range 38 East, and that part of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 4, Township 36 South, Range 38 East, St. Lucie County, Florida lying South of State Road 10 and West of Carlton Road less C-24 Canal Right of Way. Extending no more than 30 feet Southerly beyond the new Right of Way line for State Road 70 lying between Station 10+49.37 and Station 22+64.80; AND That certain triangular parcel of land lying contiguous to said 30 feet having the following dimensions, a base of 48.25 feet which is also the 40 acre line, an altitude of 98.90 feet and a hypotenuse of 114.30 feet in the transition area between Station 21+66 and Station 22+69.73. Containing 0.885 of an Acre, more or less. For the purpose of tying in and harmonizing said property and the driveways, walkways, etc., thereon with the construction to be undertaken by the Department of Transportation of Florida, in the road adjacent thereto. r This EASE"IE;~]T is granted upon the condition that the sloping and/or grading upon the above land shall not extend beyond the limits outlined above and that all grading or sloping shall conform to all existing structural improvem ents within the limits designated, and all work will be performed in such manner ' that existing structural improvements will not be damaged.
