the West 1320 feet and less the East 143 feet for Road and Canal Right
of Way, in Section 2, Township 36 South, Range 38 East, St. Lucie County,
Florida, which lies within 70.00 feet Southerly of the Center Line of
Construction for Section 94030-2507, State Road 70, a portion of said
Center Line being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest Corner of said Section 2; thence N 00°07'07"
W along the Nest line of said Section 2 a distance of 248.45 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described Centerline of Construction;
thence N 82°47'53" E along said Centerline of Construction a distance of
53.24 feet to a point of curvature concave Northerly; thence Northeasterly
along said curve having a radius of 5729.58 feet, a central angle of
15°29'52", an arc distance of 1549.78 feet to the end of said curve;
thence N 67°18'01" E along said Centerline of Construction a distance of
4027.25 feet to the END of the herein described Centerline of Construction;
thence N 67°21'35" E a distance of 79.15 feet to a point on the East line of
said Section 2; thence S 00°34'35" W along the East line of said Section 2 a
distance of 2253.14 feet to the Southeast Corner of said Section 2, Township
36 South, Range 38 East.
Excepting therefrom the Existing Right of Way by Maintenance for State Road 70
and Existing Canal Right of Way.

thence run N 67°18'01" E a distance of 69.61 feet; thence S 00°34'35" W a
distance of 100.24 feet; thence N 22°41'59" W a distance of 62.08 feet; thence
