LUCIE COUNTY STATE ROAD 70 DESCRIPTION PARCEL 106 TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT PARCEL N0. 70b SECTION 94030-2507 That part of the Southeast 1/4 lying South of State Road No. 70, Less the West 1320 feet and Less the East 143 feet for Road and Canal Right of Way, all in Section 2, Township 36 South, Range 38 East; EXTENDING no more than 10 feet Southerly beyond the new Right of Nay Line for State Road No. 70 as located in Parcel 107.1, Section 94030-2507, St. Lucie County, Florida.- Containing 0.295~of an acre, more or less. For the purpose of tying in and harmoni2ing said property and the drive- ways, walkways, etc., thereon with the construction to 6e undertaken by the Department of Transportation of Florida, in the road adjacent thereto. This EASEMENT is granted upon the condition that the sloping and/or grading upon the above land shall not extend beyond the limits outlined above and that all grading or sloping shall conform to all existing structural improvements within the limits designated, and all work will be performed in such manner that existing structural improvements will not be damaged. This EASEMENT shall expire upon the completion of the construction of the said road project, not to exceed a period of three years. OWNED BY: DONALD E.
