That part of the West 1320 .feet of the East T828 feet of the North 1/2
of the Northeast 1/4 lying South of State Road 70 in Section 9, Township
36 South, Range 38 East, said part which lies within 148.00 feet Southerly
of the Centerline of Construction according to the Right of Way Map for
Section 94030-2507, State Road 70, a portion of said Centerline being more
particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Southwest corner of Section 4, Township 36 South, Range
38 East; thence N 00°09'17" W along the West line of said Section 4 a
distance of. 146.11 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING~of the herein described
Centerline of Construction; thence S 84°08'25" E along said Centerline of
Construction a distance of 71.28 feet; thence S 84°16'34" E along said
Centerline of Construction a distance of 3722.21 feet and crossing the _
North line of Section 9, Township 36 South, Range 38 East, to the Beginning
of a curve concave Northerly; thence Easterly along said curve having a
radius of 5729.58 feet, having a central angle of 05°25'44" an arc
distance of 542.89 feet to the end of said curve; thence S 89°42'18" E
a distance of 1087.32 feet to the END of the herein described Centerline
of Construction, thence N 00°08'45" N along the East line of said
Section 9 a distance of 289.56 feet to the Northeast corner of said
Section 9, Township 36 South, Range 38 East.
Excepting therefrom the existing Right-of-Way by Maintenance for State
Road 70 and Existing Canal Right of Way.
Containing 1.181 acres, more or less.
