That part of the West 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 10, Township
36 South, Range 38 East;
AND
That part of the E 1/2 of the W 1/2.of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and the W 1/2
of the W 1/2 of the E 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 10, Township _
36 South, Range 38 East, lying South of State Road 70; said part which lies
within 157.00 feet Southerly of the Centerline of Construction according to the
Right of Way Map for Section 94030-2507, State Road 70, a portion of said Cen-
terline being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of Section 10, Township 36 South, Range 38
East; thence S 00°08'45" E along the West line of said Section 10 a distance of _
289.56 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described Centerline of Con-
struction; thence S 89°42'18" E along said Centerline of Construction, a distance
of 320.75 feet to a point of curvature Northwesterly; thence Easterly along said
curve having a radius of 2864.79 feet, a central angle of 13°06'16", an arc dis-
tance of 655.22 feet to the end of said curve; thence N 77°11'26" E along said
Centerline of Construction a distance of 434.50 feet to a point of curvature
concave Southeasterly; thence Northeasterly along said curve having a radius of
2864.79 feet, a central angle of 09°42'04", an arc distance of 485.06 feet to
the end of said curve; thence N 86°53'30" E along said Centerline of Construction
a distance of 1894.34 feet to a point of curvature concave Northerly; thence
Easterly along said curve having a radius of 7639.44 feet, a central angle of
04°05'37", an arc distance of 545.81 feet to the end of said curve; thence
N 82°47'53" E along said Centerline of Construction a distance of 891.75 feet
to a point on the East line of said Section 3, and the END of the herein de-
scribed Centerline of Construction, thence S 00°07'07" E along said East line
a distance of 248.45 feet to the Southeast Corner of said Section 3, Township
36 South, Range 38 East.
Excepting therefrom the existing Right of Way by Maintenance for State Road 70,
and existing-Canal Right of Way.
