County, Florida which lies within 70.00 feet Northerly of the Centerline
of Construction according to the Right of Way ~1ap for Section 94030-2507,
State Road 70; excepting therefrom the West 1/2 of the East 1/2 of the
Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 in said Section 9; and LESS Canal and -
Road Rights of Way;
AND
That part of Section 3, Township 36 South, Range 38 East, St. Lucie County,
Florida which lies within 70.00 feet Northerly and Southerly of the Center-
line of Construction according to the Right of Way ~iap for Section 94030-2507,
State Road 70; LESS Canal No. 75 R/W;
AND ~ .
That part of Section 10, Township 36 South, Range 38 East, St. Lucie County,
Florida, which lies within 70.00 feet Northerly of the Centerline of Construction
according to the Right of Way Map for Section 94030-2507, State Road 70;

That part of Section 2, Township 36 South, Range 38 East, St. Lucie County,
Florida which lies within 70.00 feet Northerly and 10.00 feet Southerly of the
Centerline of Construction according to the Right of Way Map for Section
94030-2507, State Road 70, a portion of said Centerline being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 4, Township 36 South, Range 38 East;

feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described Centerline of Construction;

3722.21 feet and crossing the North line of Section 9, Township 36 South, Range
38 East to the beginning of a curve concave Northerly; thence Easterly along
