That part of Sections 4 and 9, Township 36 South, Range 38 East, all lying North
of State Road 70, less the West 1/2 of the East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of
the Southeast 1/4 and less the Canal and Road Rights of Way;
AND
That part of Section 3, and that part of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 10 lying
North of State Road 70; less the West 40 feet;
AND
That part of the West 3/4 of Section 2 lying North of Okeechobee Road and
that part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 lying ~Jorth of Okeechobee
Road in Section 2, Township 36 South, Range 38 East.
Extending no more than 10 feet Northerly or Southerly beyond the new Right
of Way Line for State Road 70 as located in Parcel 101.1, Section 94030-2507,
St. Lucie County, Florida.
Containing 3.511 acres, more or less.
For the purpose of tying in and harmonizing said property and the driveways,
walkways, etc., thereon with the construction to be undertaken by the Department
of Transportation of Florida, in the road adjacent thereto.
This EASY2lENT is granted upon the condition that the sloping and/or grading
II upon the above land shall not extend beyond the limits outlined above and that all
grading or sloping shall conform to all existing structural improvements within
the limits designated, and all work will be performed in such manner that existing
j structural improvements will not be damaged.
j This EASEMENT shall expire upon the completion of the construction of the said
road project, not to exceed a period of three years.
