No. 70, Less the West 50 feet; which lies within 70.00 feet Southerly of the
Centerline of Construction for Section 94030-2507, State Road 70, a portion
of said Centerline being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest Corner of said Section 2; thence N 00°07'07" M
along the West line of said Section 2, a distance of 248.45 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described Centerline of Construction; thence
N 82°47'53" E_along said Centerline of Construction a distance of 53.24
feet to_a point of curvature concave Northerly; thence Northeasterly along
said curve having a radius of 5729.58 feet, a central angle of 15°29'52", `
an arc distance of 1549.78 feet to the end of said curve; thence N 67°18'01" E
along said Centerline of Construction a distance of 4027.25 feet to the END
of the herein described Centerline of Construction; thence N 67°21'35" E
a distance of 79.15 feet to a point on the East line of said Section 2; thence
S 00°34'35" W along the East line of said Section 2 a distance of 2253.14
feet to the Southeast Corner-of said Section 2, Township 36 South, Range 38
East.
Excepting therefrom the Existing Right of Way by Maintenance for State Road 70
and Existing Canal Right of Way. _
Containing 1.762 acres, more or less.
All as shown on the Right of Way Map for Section 94030-2507, St. Lucie County.
