THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial the day of
1979, upon the pleadings filed herein and the
Cour awing given full consideration to all the evidence and ob-
served the demeanor and physical condition of the witnesses, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage is irretrievably

broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
I~ 1. DISSOLUTION. The marria a between DANIEL E. BARTELME

Husband, and JEAN BARTELME, Wife, be and the same is hereby dis-

i solved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
~ from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of the minor child, SHAWN EDWARD
} BARTELME, age 5 years, is hereby awarded to the Husband, with reason-
able visitation rights granted to the ~7ife, with the following
s
provisions:
a. The child shall remain with the Husband during
the school months.
b. The Wife shall have the child for a reasonable
period of alternate holidays, specifically to include
s
Christmas of 1979. Such visitation schedules shall be
worked out between the parties according to school holidays.
