HomeMy WebLinkAbout2001 c. The Wife shall have the child for eight (8) weeks
during the summer months. The Wife agrees to give the Husband
thirty (30) days notice of the date on which the 8-week period
will begin. Travel arrangements for the child to the Wife's
place of residence shall be the Wife's responsibility. Travel
back to St. Lucie County or the Husband's place of residence shall
be the Husband's responsibility for the summer vacations only.
3. INSURANCE. The Husband shall make the child, SHA~~TN EDWARD
BARTELME, beneficiary of a $10,000.00 Life Insurance Policy with the
Allstate Insurance Company, with the Wife as Trustee until the child
reaches the age of 21, with said provision to expire at this time.
The terms of the trust shall provide that funds may be spent for the
education of the child and unusual medical expenses.
4. ALIMONY. The Wife waives any and all claims to alimony.
5. COSTS, INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES. The Husband is hereby
ordered to pay the Wife's attorney the sum of $300.00, which amount
shall include the previously ordered $100.00 fee.
6. .RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined
and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying the other.
7. PROPERTY. The property settlement agreement admitted into
evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties
are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
8. RESTORATION OF NAME. It is hereby ordered that the wife's

maiden name of JEAN BRENNER shall be restored to her.
9. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be

~ proper. Further jurisdiction may be invoked by mailing a copy of
i
~ any future pleading to the address required to be supplied to the
Clerk of the Circuit Court as outlined above. Should jurisdiction
be invoked in this manner, this pleading shall be mailed by certified
f
mail, return receipt requested, addressee only, to the opposing party;
and which shall allow forty (40) days from the mailing date thereof
t
e in which to file a responsive pleading.
