TBIS CAUSB came on for hearing upon Motion for Bnforcement filed by
MARILYN AOUSB against JACK ANDERSON and the Court having considered the evidence
and testimony determines that as of May 25, 1979, JACK ANDBRSON is in default in
the amount of $339.50, including Court costs. It is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Respondent JACK ANDERSON hereafter shall pay
as child support each and every week the sum of $40.00 plus an additional $20.00
each week for a total of $60.00 until the arrearage of $339.50 is paid in full.
Hhen the arrearage has been paid in full the weekly payments will revert to $40.00,
$20.00 per week for each child. Payments to be made to the Clerk of this Court in
cash, cashier's check or money order and to include the statutory fee of $2.00 each
t time a payment is made.
` JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto, is retained for the entry

of such further orders as may be proper.
