FOR ROLE TO SHOW CAUSB
IT appearing from the evidence before the Court that MARTY HOROWITZ has willfully
failed and refused to pay the child support as required by the Final Judgment of this
Court entered on the 17th day of December, 1976, and is, as of this date May 25, 1979, in
arrears $656.00 including Court costs, it is
ORDE1tBD AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands in contempt of this Court
but may purge himself of this contempt by hereafter paying the $656.00 arrearage plus regu-
lar child support payments of $70.00 a week through and including payments due June 29,
1979, for a total of $1,006.00 on or before June 29, 1979. Payments to be made in cash,
cashier's check or money order to the Clerk of the Court and are to include the $2.00
Clerk's statutory fee. If Respondent MARTY HOROWITZ does not purge himself of his con- i
tempt as provided above, he is
a
ORDERED to appear before this Court June 29, 1979, at L0:00 AM to show cause why
i
he should not be held in contempt of Court and sentenced to serve sixty (60) days in the
St. Lucie County Jail.
JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the entry of

such further orders as may be proper.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida this day
