THIS CAUSE came on for hearing upon Motion for Bnforcement filed by EONITA
OSTEEN against JOSEPH P. OSTEBN and the Court haviag considered the evidence and testi-
mony determines that as of the 25th day of May, 1979, JOSEPH P. OSTEBN is in default in
the amount of $480.00 and a Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of EONITA OSTBEN
against JOSBPH P. OSTEEN in the amount of $480.00 for which let execution issue.

FURTHBR ORDERBD AND ADJUDGHD that Respondent is held in willful contempt of
Court and is sentenced to serve thirty (30) days in the St. Lucie County Jail. Respon-
dent JOSEPH P. OSTEEN may purge himself of this contempt by hereafter paying child
support in the sum of $30.00 each and every week, commencing Friday, June 1, 1979, to
the Clerk of this Court in cash, cashier's check or money order. In addition, there is
i hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made.
If Respondent does not purge himself of his contempt as provided above, he shall be re-
quired upon written affidavit of Petitioner to serve the above sentence.

JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto, is retained for the entry

of such further orders as may be proper.
