EASEMENT
Made this day of May, '19?9, by CARL R. ASHTON and
DIARY JO ASHTON, his wife, of 1301 Angle Road, Fort Pierce, Florida,
grantor, to CARL WAYNF. ASHTON and LINDA MAE ASHTON, his wife, of
1301 Angle Road, Fort Pierce, Florida, grantee. Grantor, for and -
in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) paid by grantee, the
receipt of which is acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold ~
to grantee, their heirs and assigns forever, an easement for ingress
and egress over the following described property:
The North 60 feet of the West ~ of the Northeast ~
of the Southwest ~ of the Northeast ~ and the
North 60 feet of the East ~ of the Northwest ~ of
the Southwest ~ of the Northeast all in Section
8, Township 35 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida
for the benefit of and as an easement appurtenant to the following
described land or any portion thereof:
The West ~ of the Northeast ~ of the Southwest ~
of the Northeast } of Section 8, Township 35 South,
Range 39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, less the
North 510 feet thereof. -
