~aol~yring Articles of Incorporation for such corporation and
~~ertify as follows:
ARTICLE I
The name of this corporation shall be AURILIO ASSOCIATION, INC.
(hereinafter called the Association), with its initial office
as Suite 104, Sun Bank Building, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450.
ARTICLE II
The purpose for which the Association is formed is to
provide for maintenance, preservation and architectural control
of certain living units and common easement areas on the
following described real property situated in St. Lucie
County, Florida, to wit:
