ARTICLE IV
The Association shall have perpetual existence commencing
on the date of approval and filmy of these Articles.
ARTICLE V
The names and addresses of the subscribers of these Articles
of Incorporation are as follows:

ARTICLE VI
The affairs of the Association shall be managed by a Board
of Directors which shall elect a President and a
Secretary/Treasurer. Directors of the Association shall be
electea by the members at annual meetings of the membership
and officers shall be elected at the first meeting of the Board
of Directors following the annual meeting of the membership -
as provided in the By-Laws of the Association.
The names of the officers who are to serve until the first

ARTICLE VII
~ The Board of Directors of the Association shall consist of
not less than two (2) Directors, the exact number of Directors
to be determined by the By-Laws of the Association. The first
Board of Directors of the Association shall serve until the first
annual meetiny of the members of the Association and shall consist
