Commenciny at the Northwest corner of the South 200 feet
of lot 175 of Maravilla Gardens, Unit 3, as recorded in
plat book 6 page 62 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida; run thence N 90° E along the North line of the South
200 feet of said lot 175 a distance of 60.0 feet to a point on
the Easterly right-of-way line of 7th Street and a drainage
canal (said right-of-way being 120 feet in width), said point
being the Point of Beginning.
From the Point of Beginning continue N 90° E along the
North line of the South 200 feet of lot 175 a distance of
289.0 feet to a point; thence run S 0° 00'00" E a distance
of 200.0 feet to a point; thence run N 90° W a distance of
290.80 feet to a point on the Easterly right-of-way line of
7th Street; thence run N 0° 31'00" E along said right-of-way
a distance of 200.01 feet to the Point of Beginning.
