KNOW ALL M~:iQ BY THESE PRESENTS:
That, VILLAGER DEVELOPr1ENT, INC., a Florida corporation,
hereafter called "Declarant", being the owner in fee simple
of certain real property located in St. Lucie County, Florida,
particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto, and being
desirous of subjecting said property to certain party walls,

covenants, restrictions, servitudes, conditions, reservations
and easements for the protection and benefit of the present
and future owners of all or any part of said real property and
for the enhancement and protection of the value, attractiveness
and desirability of said real property, does hereby declare

and submit said real property and each and every part and parcel
i
thereof to the following party walls, covenants, restrictions,
k servitudes, conditions, reservations and easements which are

I hereby declared to be Covenants, Running Hith the Lana and
subject to which party walls, covenants, restrictions, servitudes,

E shall be held, transferred, sold, conveyed, used and occupied

and which shall be binding on all parties having any right,

PURPOSE OF DECLARATION
The Declaration of party walls, restrictions, reservations,
easements and protective covenants, is being established and
