thereto without prior written consent of the Association,
and no owner shall permit anything to be done or kept on his
parcel or dwelling unit which would result in the cancellation
of insurance of any parcel or dwelling unit or which would be
in violation of any law.
Section 5. No animals, livestock, birds, poultry, or
fowl of any kind shall be raised, bred, or kept on any parcel
or in any dwelling unit. However, dogs, cats, birds, fish and
other animals commonly defined to be household pets may be kept
on parcels and in dwelling units provided they shall not create
or become a nuisance and provided further that they are not kept,,
bred or maintained for commercial purposes. In addition, the
Association may adopt such rules and regulations relating to
keeping animals and pets which are not otherwise inconsistent
with the provisions herein contained.
Section 6. No rubbish, trash, garbage or other waste
materials shall be kept or permitted to accumulate on any parcel
except in sanitary containers provided by the Association in
appropriate areas and all owners shall dump all such refuse in
those containers provided by the Association.
Section 7. No out building, basement, tent, shack,
! garage, trailer, shed, or accessory or temporary building of
any kind, shall be permitted unless approved in writing by the

~ Section 8. Nothing shall be altered in, constructed on,
or removed from the area over which easements for parking and
ingress and egress have previously been declared herein except

~ on written consent of the Association.
Section 9. No outdoor clothes drying shall be allowed
unless in areas approved by the Association in writing.
Section 10. No boundary walls, fences or hedges other
than what has already been constructed on the parcels as of
