the date of completion of the fourteen (14) dwelling units
shall be constructed or permitted on any parcel unless approved
by the Association in writing.
Section 11. No additions to or extensions on, any dwelling
unit including screen enclosures, shall be constructed or
permitted unless approved by the Association in writing, other
than maintenance and repair to the dwelling units in their
initial completed stage.
Section 12. No owner, or his successor, assigns, grantees, .
lessees, or invitees shall park, store or keep any vehicle
except wholly within the easement previously declared herein
for parking, and no owner, or his successors, assigns, grantees,
lessees, or invitees shall park, store, or keep any truck
(other than what are commonly known as small vans or pickup
trucks), camper (other than small self propelled campers) boat
trailer or aircraft, or any other vehicle other than private
passenger vehicles, small vans or pickup trucks and small
self propelled campers in the easement previously declared
herein for parking. No motor vehicle, boat, trailer, aircraft,
or other vehicle shall be repaired or restored on any part of
the property which is the subject matter of this Declaration.

f Trucks, commercial vehicles, campers, boats and trailers not
otherwise allowed herein may be temporarily parked in said

e parking easement area, but not for more than twelve (12) hours
unless the same is temporarily present and necessary in the
maintenance or repair of dwelling units or unless otherwise
I permitted in writing by the Association. No motor vehicle,

truck, camper, boat, trailer or aircraft shall be permitted

to be stored, kept or parked in any portion of the areas
3 previously declared herein to be easements for ingress and

6 egress. The Association may adopt such rules, regulations
and guidelines not otherwise inconsistent with provisions
hereof, to clarify and implement the vehicle restrictions
