One television antenna may be erected and maintained on each dwelling unit, however, the same must be of 1 reasonable size and dimensions and must be maintained by the owner. No shortwave or citizens band radio antenna or any other kind of antennas whatsoever may be erected or maintained on or in the parcels or dwelling units. ARTICLE VI DELEGATION OF USE Subject to such limitations as may be imposed by the By-Laws of the Association and this Declaration, each owner may delegate his right of enjoyment in and to the easements created and declared herein and the incidence of owning a parcel herein to the members of his family, guests, lessees and invitees. The Declarant and its employees, agents, licensees, ~ and invitees shall also be entitled to the enjoyment of all easements created and declared herein for so long as it still retains legal title to any of the parcels. ARTICLE VII MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR E i Section 1. Parking in ingress/egress easements.
