its agents, employees and contractors, to enter onto such
parcel and to repair, maintain and restore the exterior of the
dwelling unit located thereon, including windows. The cost
of such repair, maintenance and restoration shall be added
to and become a part of the assessment to which such parcel is
subject. Nothing contained herein shall prevent one or all of
the owners from contracting with the Association to maintain
such owner's townhouse in accordance with the requirements
thereunder so long as the cost of that maintenance does not get
assessed wholly or portionately against a non-assenting owner's
parcel. -
Section 4. Obligation to Rebuild. If all or any portion
of a dwelling unit is damaged, or destroyed by fire, or other
casualty, it shall be the duty of the owner thereof, with all
due diligence and subject only to the party wall provisions
concerning reconstruction of such a wall as set forth in
Article IV herein, to rebuild, repair, or reconstruct such
townhouse in a manner which will substantially restore it to
its appearance and condition prior to the casualty. Reconstruction
shall be undertaken within thirty (30) days after the damage

ARTICLE VIII
ASSOCIATION

~ Section 1. Name. The name of the Association shall be
ALP2ILI0 ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation not for profit.
Section 2. Membership. The Association shall have two
classes of voting members as follows:

Class A - Class A members shall be owners with the exception
of Declarant and shall be entitled to one vote for each parcel
owned. When one or more persons holds an interest in a given

parcel, all such persons shall be members and the vote for
