enforcing the lien against each parcel. The lien granted to
the Association may be foreclosed in the same manner as
real estate mortgages may be foreclosed in the State of Florida,
and the Association shall be entitled to appointment-of a
receiver for any parcel as a matter of right, and the lien
granted to the Association shall secure all advances made by
the Association to protect and preserve its lien, and interest
on such advances at ten (10) percent per annum. All persons,
firms or corporations who shall acquire, by whatever means,
any interest in the ownership of a parcel or who may be given
or acquire a mortgage lien or other encumbrance thereon, are
hereby placed on notice of the lien rights granted to the
Association and shall acquire the interest in any parcel sub-
' ject to such lien.
K. The lien herein granted to the Association shall be
effective from and after the time of recording in the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, of a claim of lien,
stating the description of the parcel encumbered thereby, the
name of the record owner, the amount of any delinquent assess-
ment or assessments and the date when due, and the lien shall
continue in effect until all sums secured by said lien, as

herein provided, shall have been fully paid, and such lien

shall further secure all additional assessments which may become

E due and payable subsequent to the recording of any claim of

¢ lien. Any claim of lien shall be signed and verified by an

~ officer or agent of the Association and shall be duly satisfied

f of record upon full payment of the sums secured thereby. The
E claim of lien filed by the Association shall be subordinate to

the lien of any mortgage or other lien recorded prior to the
time of recording the Association's claim of lien. A certified
copy of the claim of lien shall be mailed to the owner or
owners.
L. In the event that any institutional lender (as that -
term is herein defined) shall acquire title to any parcel by
