TEDDER and DEBORAH TEDDER, his wife, Plaintiffs, vs. MIKE HILL, etc., et al, Defendants ORDER This cause came on to be heard upon Defendants' Motion to Tax Costs. Having considered the affidavit of Defendants and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is thereupon ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Motion is denied without prejudice. If the said Defendants will submit an affidavit indicating that those costs listed in its Motion to Tax Costs were incurred only by those moving Defendants and were not necessary in the defense of Milton Davis, then the court will reconsider said Motion to Tax Costs.
