PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED

between DAVID W. POPICK, DONALD M. KLEIN and ART R J. KLENE, a ~
Personal Representatives of the Estate of JACK POPICK, Deceased,
Parties of the First Part, and THOMAS ALAN DIMMETT

Fort Pierce, Florida 33450
WITNESSETH, that the Parties of the First Part, by virtue
of the power and authority to them given in and by the Last Will ;
and Testament of JACK POPICK, Deceased, and in consideration of
the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable con-
siderations in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, assigns, re-
leases, conveys and confirms to the Parties of the Second Part,, ,
their heirs and assigns forever, an undivided 50$ interest of all
that certain parcel of land lying and being in the County of
St. Lucie, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Lots 14 and 15, Block 8, RIVERDALE YACHT CLUB ESTATES,
UNIT 2, according to the plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 6, page 40 of the public records of St. Lucie,
County, Florida.
Subject to that certain first mortgage from the Grdntees hereof to First Federal

1. Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and
limitations of record. '
2. Taxes for the year 1978 and subsequent years.
3. Governmental Zoning Ordinances. '
TOGETHER with the estate which said Testator had at the time of
his decease and which the Parties of the First Part have or had the
power of attorney to convey or dispose of, or by virtue of the said
Will or otherwise. -
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted to the Parties
of the Second Part, their heirs, and assigns, forever.
AND the Parties of the First Part do covenant to and with the
Parties of the Second Part, their heirs and assigns, that iz all
things preliminary to and in and about this conveyance and the Laws
of Florida have been followed and complieci with in all respects.
