between FAE S. RUBIN and MARK R. RUBIN, as Person" Representa~
tives of the Estate of. HERMAN RUBIN, DECeased, Pa ties of the ~
First Part, and THOMAS ALAN DIMMETT
1717 Linwood Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450
WITNESSETH, that the Parties of the First Part, by virtue
of the power and authority to them given in and by the Last Will
and Testament of HERMAN RUBIN, Deceased, and in consideration of
the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollard and other good and valuable
considerations in hand paid, grant, bargain, sell, assign, release,
convey and confirm to the Parties of the Second Part, their heirs,
and assigns forever, an undivided 12~$ interest of all that certain
parcel of land lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, State
of Florida, more particuarly described as follows:
Lots 14 and 15, Block 8, RIVERDALE YACHT CLUB ESTATES,
UNIT 2, according to the plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 6, page 40 of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.

SUBJECT TO:
1. Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements
and limitations of record.
2. Taxes for the year 1978 and subsequent years.
3. Governmental Zoning Ordinances.
TOGETHER with the estate which the said Testator had at the
time of his decease and which the Parties of the First Part have
or had she power to convey or dispose of, or by virtue of the
said Will or otherwise.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted to the
Parties of the Second Part, their heirs, and assigns forever.
AND the Parties of the First Part do covenant to and with
the Parties of the Second Part, their heirs and assigns, that in
all things preliminary to and in and about this conveyance and
the Laws of Florida have been followed and complied with in all
respects.
IN H'ITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties of the First Part have set
o their hands and seals on the day and year first above written.
