The petitioner, GORDON E. MIRLES, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate
as the Commanding Officer of the Fort Pierce Corps of the
Salvation Army. Petitioner's name and address are GORDON E.
MIKLES, Commanding Officer, The Salvation Array, 1105 Avenue B,
Fort Pierce, Florida and the name and address of Petitioner's
attorneys are as set forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, Harry~T. Lundgren, whose last known ad-
dress was 402 DeCordre Court, Apartment A, Fort Pierce,
Florida, whose age was 73 years, and whose social security
number is 048-07-2775, died on February 11, 1979, at Stuart
Memorial Hospital, Stuart, Florida, and at the dune of death
decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries

of this estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent, -
