TO THE HONORABLE JUDGES OF THE ABOVE STYLED COURT:
The Petition of WELLNER L. CHRISTIAN, JR., respectfully
shows:
1. That Emily L. Kidd, died on August 15, 1977. Your
Petitioner qualified as Personal Representative and Letters of
Administration were issued to him on January 27, 1978.
2. That the decedent died owning the following real estate,
which Petitioner desires to sell:
Block 13, Lot 16, FORT PIERCE BEACH
Subdivision, St. Lucie County, Florida,
a/k/a 1602 Binney Drive, Ft. Pierce,
Florida.
for the sum of $41,000.00 as follows:
Buyer has placed the sum of $100.00 deposit
in the Trust Account of Allen Real Estate, Inc.
The cash sum of $40,900.00 by Certified or
Cashiers check to be paid by the Buyer at
closing; subject to adjustments and prorations.

Approximate cash at closing: $ 37,630.00
after the expenses of prorations, Brokers
Commission and closing costs.
3. Petitioner believes it is to the best interest of the
estate that this property be sold, the same is an expense to the

s estate, is deteriorating and the estate is in need of assets to
pay its debts; further, that the foregoing is the best available
price in view of the above, and in view of the fact that the house
` has been on the market for over one (1) year without any success in
the sale of said house; and therefore Petitioner does not feel that
• an appraisal is warranted.
4. There was no contract of sale to purchase pending at

the time of decedent's death; contract in question was entered into
by your Petitioner. Said property is unencumbered.
