ORDER AUTHORIZING SALE OF REAL ESTATE
THIS Matter coming on this day to be heard upon the Petition
of Wellner L. Christian, Jr., Personal Representative and Sole Bene-
ficiary of the Estate of Emily L. Kidd, deceased, for an Order autho-
rizing the sale of certain real property, said sale being described
in the Petition, and it appearing to the Court that it is to the
best interest of the estate that this property be sold to avoid any
expenses of maintenance, and to pay estate debts, that an appraisal
is unnecessary, and the Court being fully advised in the premises,
it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Wellner L. Christian, Jr.,
Personal Representative of the estate of Emily L. Kidd, is hereby
authorized to sell the following described property:
Block 13, Lot 16, FORT PIERCE BEACH
Subdivision, St. Lucie County, Florida,
a/k/a 1602 Binney Drive, Ft. Pierce,
Florida;
j to L. K. and LILLIAN A. SMITH, for a total sale price of $41,000.00,
in accordance with the Petition; it is

~ FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said Personal Repre-
~ sentative is authorized to execute a Deed conveying any estate

interest in said property to the aforesaid purchasers as herein
