PETITION FOR DISCHARGE ~ -~i ~
The undersigned, as personal representative of the
above estate, alleges:
1. The decedent, Joe Warren Thornburg, a resident of
St. Lucie County, Florida, died on June 22, 1976, and letters
of administration were issued to petitioner on June 30, 1976.
2. Petitioner files herewith her third and final account-
ing, containing a complete report of all receipts and disburse-
! ments since the filing of the second annual accounting and }
interim accounting filed herein covering the period from
January 1, 1977 through April 30, 1978; said third and final
accounting covering the period from May 1, 1978 through
'j March 31, 1979.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by
f making payment, settlement or other disposition of all claims
and debts that were presented and by paying or making provision
for the payment of all expenses of administration.
4. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns
f with the Internal Revenue Service and the Florida Department
~ of Revenue and has obtained and filed with this court evidence
of the satisfaction of this estate's obligations for both
~ federal and Florida estate taxes. s

5. Petitioner has made distribution of the assets of
f
this estate as set forth in the final accounting filed herewith.
