7. Any objections to the report of receipts and dis-
bursements or the distribution of assets must be filed within '
30 days.
8. Petitioner would show that full and final distribu-
tion of the estate assets has been made and files herewith
receipts of all beneficiaries and consents to discharge.
Petitioner requests that since satisfactory proof of
distribution has been furnished and all creditor claims have
been paid an order be entered discharging petitioner as per-
sonal representative of this estate and releasing the surety
on any bond which petitioner may have posted in the proceeding
from any further liability on it.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read
the foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of
my knowledge and belief.
