ORDER OF DISTRIBUTION
The petition of DELPHINE MARTELL CROOK, as Personal
Representative of the Estate of Agnes Martell, deceased, was _ ,
heard this day, and it appearing from the averments in the
Petition that:

1. Delphine Martell Crook and Genevieve Ptacek are
the devisees of the Last Will and Testament of decedent.
2. Delphine Martell Crook as Personal Representative
of the estate has performed all acts necessary and proper in the
administration of the estate and is entitled to discharge upon
making distribution and filing satisfactory evidence of distri-
bution.
3. Delphine Martell Crook now has on hand the following
assets for distribution:
Lot 5, of Block 2, of TUCKER TERRACE,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 4, at page 54, of the public
records of Saint Lucie County, Florida.

Savings account First National Bank of Fort
Pierce, Florida in the amount of $5,442.52.
4. No objections have been filed, it therefore is
ADJUDGED that Delphine Martell Crook and Genevieve Ptacek

are the beneficiaries of the Estate of Agnes Martell, deceased.

directed to distribute and to transfer, surrender and assign the
