PETITION FOR SUNII~IARY ADMINISTRATION
The undersigned Petitioners allege:
1. Petitioners have an interest in the above Estate as the
beneficiaries named in the decedent's Last Will and Testament. Their
names and addresses are as set forth in Paragraph 3, and the name and
address of their attorney are as set forth at the end of this Petition.
2. Decedent, ALFRED W. KUNKER, whose last known address was
1720 Sutton Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45230, whose age was 67 years,
and whose Social Security Number was 288-OS-9682, died on March 29,
1978, at Cincinnati, Ohio, and at the time of death decedent was
domiciled in Hamilton County, Ohio.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of this
Estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and the ages of
any who are minors, are:
IRENE KUNKER, sister, over 18 years of age;
1720 Sutton Avenue
Cincinnati, Ohio 45230
HERBERT BERINGHAUS, no relation, over 18 years of age;
6102 Mayflower Avenue
Cincinnati, Ohio 45237

Cincinnati, Ohio 45237

decedent owned real property situated in St. Lucie County, Florida.
