It is proposed that all assets of the decedent be distributed as follows: To IRENE KUNKER, HERBERT BERINGHAUS and JERRY BERINGHAUS, as tenants in common: i Lot 21, Block 1396, of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 14 a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 13, page 5, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. 9. Petitioners are unaware of any unrevoked Will or Codicil of decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 10. - 10. An authenticated copy of the decedent's last Will probated in the Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division, Hamilton County, Ohio, - which Will-complies with §732.502(1) and §732.502(2), Florida Statutes, accompanies this Petition, together with authenticated copies of the domiciliary proceedings. 11. The decedent's Will does not direct administration as required by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes.
