I, Alfred W. Kunker, of Hamilton County, Ohio, being of full age
and of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this to be
my Last Will. and Testament, hereby revoking all Wills by me heretofore
made.-
ITEM I. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid out of my estate as soon as practicable after the time of my
decease.

ITEM II. All the rest, residue and remainder of my property,
real and personal, of every kind and description, and wheresoever
situated, which I may owa or have the right to dispose of at the time
of my decease, I give, devise and bequeath equally to Irene Kunker,
Herbert Beringhaus and Jerry Beringhaus, share and share alike.
In the event that one or more of them should predecease
me, then his or her or their share or shares shall pass to the survivors
or the survivor.
ITEM III. I make, nominate and appoint Herbert Beringhaus, to be
the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament, hereby authorizing and
empowering my said Executor to compromise, settle and adjust all claims
and demands in favor of or against my estate, and to sell, at private
or public sale, at such prices and upon such terms of credit or otherwise
as he may deem best, the whole or any part of my real or personal property,..
and to execute, acknowledge and deliver deeds and other instruments of
conveyance thereof to the purchaser or purchasers. No purchaser from my
Executor need see to the application of the purchase money, but the
receipt of my Executor shall be a complete discharge and :acquittance
E therefor. I request that no bond be required of my said Executor.

The foregoing instrument was signed by the said Alfred W. Kunker, and
R by him acknowledged to be his Last Will and Testament, before us and in
our presence, and by us subscribed as attesting wit esses, ins presence
and his request, and in the presence of each ot~r this day of
1974. _
