ORDER OF SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION
On the Petition of IRENE KUNKER, HERBERT BERINGHAUS, and
JERRY BERINGHAUS, for Summary Administration of the Estate of ALFRED W.
KUNKER, deceased, the Court finding that the decedent died on the 29th
day of March, 1978; that all interested persons have joined in the
Petition and have consented to the entry of this Order; that the
material allegations of the Petition are true; and that an Order of
Summary Administration should be entered, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that there be immediate distribution of
the assets of the decedent as follows:
IRENE KUNKER An undivided one-third (1/3)
1720 Sutton Avenue interest in the following-
Cincinnati, Ohio 45230 described real property:
HERBERT BERINGHAUS An undivided one-third (1/3)
6102 Mayflower Avenue interest in the following-
Cincinnati, Ohio 45237 described real property:
JERRY BERINGHAUS An undivided one-third (1/3)
2321 Vera Avenue interESt in the following-

e Lot 21, Block 1396, of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 14,
` a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 13, page S, of the Public Records of
~ St. Lucie County, Florida.

It is further
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that those to whom specified parts of the
decedent's Estate are assigned by this Order shall be entitled to

receive and collect the same, and to maintain actions to enforce the
right. And it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that debtors of the decedent, those
holding property of the decedent, and those with whom securities or
