LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF DAVE QUARLES
I, Dave Quarles of Athens, Ohio do make and publish this my last will
and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
ITEM FIRST: I give, devise and bequeath to my wife, Evelyn L.
Quarles, all of my property of every kind and description, real, personal or
mixed of which I may die Seized and possessed.
ITEM SECOND: I name my said wife, Evelyn L. Quarles, to be the
executrix of this my last will and testament, without bond, and I authorize and
empower her as such executrix to sell at public or private sale to such person
or persons and upon such term or terms as to her seems best any or all of my
real or personal property and to execute and deliver to the purchaser or
purchasers of my real estate proper deed or deeds therefor.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name this
16th day of August, 1954.
Signed and acknowledged by the said Dave Quarles as his last will and
testament in our presence and signed by us as witnesses in his presence, at
his request and in the presence of each other.
