of the estate of LAiRA K. VAN KAST, deceased, the court finding that the
decedent died on the 30th day of May, 1978; that all interested persons have
been served propE+r notice of this hearing, or have waived entice thereof;
that the material allegations of the petition are true; and that an Order of
SZumiary Administration should be entered, it is
