serve as personal representative of the decedent's estate and
is entitled to preference in appointment as personal represen-
tative because of its appointment under CLAUSE VI of decedent's
Last Will and Testament.

7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Wills or
Codicils other than as set forth in Paragraph 8.

act as personal representative under the laws of the State of
Florida; that it will faithfully administer the estate of the

said decedent according to law.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's last Will be
admitted to probate and that it be appointed personal represen-
tative of the estate of the decedent.
