I, ALEXIS C. PROCTOR, of St. Lucie County, Florida,
do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will
and Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other Wills
and Codicils heretofore made by me.
CLAUSE I: I direct my personal representative to
pay out of my residuary estate all of my just debts, includ-
ing the expenses of my last illness and funeral expenses.
CLAUSE II: I give and devise all of my jewelry,
clothing, books, pictures, automobiles, household goods,
furniture, furnishings and provisions, and all articles of
personal use, to my wife, MABEL E. H. PROCTOR, provided she
survives me. In the event my wife does not survive me, then
I give and devise such of my tangible personal property to
those persons designated in a separate writin in existence

at the time of my death which is signed by me and which
describes the items and the devisees with reasonable certainty.
To the extent that said separate writing shall fail to dis-

pose of all of my aforementioned tangible personal property,

then the balance thereof shall pass into my residuary estate
and be disposed of as a part thereof.
CLAUSE III: I give and devise my Savings Account

Numbers 9406 and 9147 (as such accounts may be renumbered ~
in the future) in the FRANKLIN SAVINGS BANR, Franklin, New

Hampshire (or its successor), to my cousin, WILLIAM STEPHEN
ALEXIS BRADFORD, to be used for his education by his father,
WILLIAM B. BRADFORD, who is presently in the U. S. Air Force.
