LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ALEXIS C. PROCTOR - Page Two
CLAUSE IV: I give and devise the following cash
gifts
A. Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) to my long-
time friend, MAXWELL ROBY, presently residing in
Franklin, New Hampshire;
B. Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) to my
friend, AUBREY JONES, presently residing in
Hill, New Hampshire;
C. Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) to my
friend, WILLIAM B. FISHER, presently residing
at 72 Pine Street, Franklin, New Hampshire;
and
D. Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) to
FRANKLIN UNITARIAN CHURCH, Franklin, New
Hampshire, to be used for its general charitable
purposes.
CLAUSE V: I give and devise all of the rest, residue
and remainder of my property, real and personal, wherever
situate and whether acquired before or after the execution
of this Will, to SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY (formerly ST.
LUCIE COUNTY BANK) as successor Trustee under that certain
Trust Agreement dated December 14, 1964 between myself as
Donor and THE FRANKLIN NATIONAL BANK, as Trustee, which
Agreement has been subsequently amended and restated this
date to be held, managed, invested and distributed pursuant

I to the terms of said Trust Agreement as modified and re-
stated.
CLAUSE VI: I name and appoint SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE
COUNTY, Fort Pierce, Florida, or its corporate successor, as

personal representative of this Will, to serve without bond.
My personal representative shall have all of the
.rights, duties, powers and responsibilities granted under
Chaptexs 733.612, 737.402 and 738, Florida Statutes.
CLAUSE VII: In the event that my wife, MABEL E. H.
PROCTOR, and I die under such circumstances that it cannot
