have instituted a suit in the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in
and for St. Lucie County, Florida, against CHARLES R. SCHWARZ, JR. and (~tBGORY A.
MacKEBN and CAROL L. MacKEEN, his wife.
The relief sought herein is to quiet the title in the plaintiff in and to
