Limited Partnership.; AND ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE NOTIFIED of the institution of this action by
Plaintiffs, SELBY R. BUTCH, JOSEPH S. BURCH and LENA CLAIR BURCH,
against you seeking to foreclose that certain mortgage executed
by KINGS HIGHWAY 37 LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Florida Limited
Partnership, executed February 23, 1973, and recorded in Official
Records Book 211, page 1485, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
I
County, Florida, and modified by agreement dated April 30, 1976,
which said mortgage conveyed and hypothecated the following des-
cribed real and/or personal property in St. Lucie County, Florida:
SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4, Section 11, Township 35
South, Range 39 East, less right-of-way for _
Kings Highway and~'Canal, all in St. Lucie
County, Florida.
