FINAL JUDGMENT TAXING COSTS ~~f ~6~
AND ASSESSING ATTORNEY'S FEES
After due notice by or to all parties affected on May 21,
1979, a hearing was held before the Court with respect to the
matters disposed of herein. Upon consideration, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff's Motion to Tax
Costs and Assess Attorney's fees is granted. The Defendant,
GARLAND GRINDSTAFF, shall pay to the Plaintiff the stun of
$28.00, representing taxable costs herein, and additionally,
shall pay the sum of $500.00 to VINCENT A. LLOYD, ESQUIRE,
Attorney for the Plaintiff.
I'~ FOR ALL OF WHICH LET EXECUTION ISSUE; provided, however,
that should the Defendant, GARLAND GRINDSTAFF, pay the amount
of this Judgment taxing costs and assessing attorney's fees,
in installments of $20.00 each and every month, in a timely
f
fashion, commencing July 1, 1979, and an installment on the
1st of each month thereafter until the entire amount of this
Judgment is paid in full, execution shall be postponed. In the
~ event of a default in the schedule of payments provided for
herein, VINCEIZT A. LLOYD, ESQUIRE, as Attorney for the Plaintiff,
shall file an Affidavit with the Court to the effect that the
Defendant, GARLAND GRINDSTAFF, has failed to abide by the
schedule of payments, and execution shall forthwith issue.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chamber, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
