matters disposed of by this Order. .Upon consideration, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The Motion for Judgment Non Obstante Verdicto,
and Motion for Judgment in Accordance with Motion for Directed
Verdict or for New Trial, filed herein by the Defendants, are
denied.
2. The Motion for New Trial filed herein by the
Plaintiff, JEFFREY VIGRASS, is denied.
