ORDER
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard on Motion of the Defend-
ants, JOSEPH AMBROSE LA ROCHE and AETNA LIFE AND CASUALTY INSURANCE
COMPANY, for a compulsory physical examination of the Plaintiff,
WILLIAM HUTCHINSON, JR., and the Court having heard argument of
counsel and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff, WILLIAM HUTCHINSON,
~ JR., shall, within twenty (20) days of the date herein, present him-

self at the offices of Dr. d~~ whose offices

permit the aforesaid physician to conduct a physical examination of
the Plaintiff, WILLIAM HUTCHINSON, JR., for the purpose of determin-

ing the extent of his physical injuries.
